At Halo Technologies FZC LLC, safeguarding the sensitive health and biometric data of our users — especially minors — is our highest priority. We have engineered the Halo Lytt hardware and ecosystem with robust, enterprise-grade security protocols to ensure your data remains strictly protected.

Your personal wellness data belongs to you. Halo Technologies does not — and will never — sell or share your data with third-party services, marketing agencies, or external brokers.

All data collected through the Halo device is kept 100% internal. We use this information exclusively to provide your personal readiness analytics and health alerts. We may also use anonymised datasets internally for product research and ongoing development of our proprietary algorithms.

Due to current geopolitical considerations and to ensure absolute stability and uninterrupted availability of our services, all user data is currently hosted and secured within Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres located in Ireland. Our server infrastructure adheres to stringent international security standards.

To prevent unauthorised access, all physiological biometrics, thermal metrics, and recovery data are heavily encrypted at every stage of transmission:

• In Transit: All data transmitted between the Halo Lytt device, the Halo app, and our secure servers is protected using state-of-the-art TLS 1.3 encryption.
• At Rest: All stored data residing on our AWS servers is fully encrypted to prevent unauthorised extraction.

We respect your "Right to be Forgotten." Halo Technologies will securely store your account and biometric data for as long as your analytics history is useful to you. Your data is kept strictly until you explicitly request its deletion.

Upon receiving a formal deletion request, we will permanently purge all identified records associated with your account across our entire infrastructure.
