A beautifully simple metric graded from 1 to 10 (with 10 being optimal). Calculated daily, weekly, and monthly, it analyses sleep quality and recovery to tell you instantly if your child is well-rested or burning out.

Our overarching, proprietary health metric. The HALO score aggregates long-term data trends to give Captains a comprehensive snapshot of their Explorer's total emotional and physical readiness.
