A 1-Year Limited Warranty on every Halo Lytt — here's what's covered, what isn't, and how to claim.
Section 1
One-year limited warranty
Halo Technologies FZC LLC proudly stands behind the quality of our devices. We offer a 1-year limited warranty valid from the date of delivery. This warranty exclusively covers the Halo Lytt hardware against manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur under normal use.
Section 2
Warranty exclusions
To ensure fairness and maintain our quality standards, this warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse or natural ageing of the device. Specifically, the warranty is voided and does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or crushing.
- Water damage that exceeds the device's official IP rating limits.
- Normal battery degradation over time.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering.
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or discolouration on the device or strap.
Section 3
Warranty remedies
If your device experiences a valid manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, our technical team will inspect it. Depending on the situation and our current inventory, Halo Technologies will either replace the hardware with a fully functional unit or offer a refund.
Section 4
Shipping costs for warranty claims
When initiating a warranty claim, the customer is initially responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the defective device to our facility. However, if the claim is inspected and verified to be an accurate manufacturing defect, we will fully refund your return shipping costs. Halo Technologies will always cover the shipping costs to send the replacement device back to you.

How to initiate a claim
If you believe your device is experiencing a covered hardware defect, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Halo Support page.
- Fill out the contact form and select "Others" under the Query Type dropdown.
- Include your order number and provide a detailed description of the hardware issue.
- Our support team will contact you with instructions on how to send the device in for inspection.
