14-day return window

At Halo Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your device.

Condition & device pairing requirements

To be eligible for a 100% refund, your return must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Undamaged: The device may be opened, but it must be in pristine, like-new condition.
  • Unpaired: The device must not be connected or paired to any phone or account. You must completely remove all pairings before shipping it back.
  • Complete original packaging: You must include all original components (hardware, strap, cable).

Free return shipping

We believe in a hassle-free experience. Halo Technologies will cover the return shipping charges for your first return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

How to initiate a return

To start your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Halo Support page.
  2. Fill out the contact form and select "Return" under the Query Type dropdown.
  3. Provide your order number and details. Our team will review and share the label.

Refunds & processing time

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 7 to 8 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
