At Halo Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your device.

Condition & device pairing requirements
To be eligible for a 100% refund, your return must meet the following strict conditions:
- Undamaged: The device may be opened, but it must be in pristine, like-new condition.
- Unpaired: The device must not be connected or paired to any phone or account. You must completely remove all pairings before shipping it back.
- Complete original packaging: You must include all original components (hardware, strap, cable).

Free return shipping
We believe in a hassle-free experience. Halo Technologies will cover the return shipping charges for your first return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

How to initiate a return
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Halo Support page.
- Fill out the contact form and select "Return" under the Query Type dropdown.
- Provide your order number and details. Our team will review and share the label.

Refunds & processing time
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 7 to 8 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
