Free shipping across the UAE — here's exactly how and when your Halo Lytt will arrive.

Shipping regions

At this time, Halo Technologies strictly ships and fulfils orders only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not currently offer international shipping or fulfilment outside of the UAE.

Order processing time

We strive to get your Halo Lytt device to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is captured, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our warehouse to process, pack, and hand off your order to our delivery partners.

In the rare event that we experience high order volumes or unexpected delays in processing, our support team will promptly notify you via email.

Delivery timeframes & free shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE, with absolutely no minimum purchase required. After your order has finished processing and has been dispatched from our facility, you can expect delivery to your door within 4 to 5 business days.

Tracking your order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a live tracking link, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery directly through our courier partner's portal.

Failed or missed deliveries

If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, or if an incorrect address was provided during checkout, our courier will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
