These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Halo Lytt device, related accessories, and the Halo Connect app (together, the "Services") provided by Halo Technologies FZC LLC ("Halo Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on our website or using the Halo Connect app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase the Halo Lytt device or use the Halo Connect app.

• "Device" means the Halo Lytt smart band and any hardware included in the box.
• "Halo Connect app" means our mobile application used to configure and view data from the Device.
• "Parent Account" means the account created by an adult user to manage the Device and child profiles.
• "Child Profile" means a profile created within the Parent Account for a child user of the Device.
• "Website" means our online store and any associated pages where the Device is offered for sale.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to place an order, create a Parent Account, or use the Services.

The Halo Lytt Device is intended for use by children, but all purchases, account creation, and management of Child Profiles must be carried out by a parent or legal guardian. By creating a Parent Account and adding a Child Profile, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you consent to the use of the Device and the processing of the child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Device and Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We sell directly to end consumers and do not authorise resale, distribution, or commercial use of the Device without our prior written consent.

At launch, we offer a single product, the Halo Lytt Device, available in two colours: Piano Black and Rose Gold. The standard box contents are:

• 1 × Halo Lytt hardware Device
• 2 × nylon straps
• 1 × charging cable
• 1 × carry pouch
• 1 × warranty card

All prices on our Website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

Prices, promotions, and offers may change at any time before your order is accepted. We may update prices dynamically, including discounts and promotional pricing, without prior notice.

We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability on our checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment must be successfully authorised at the time of checkout. Orders that are not successfully paid for are not registered or processed.

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.

We ship using courier partners such as Emirates Post and DHL. The typical delivery timeframe within the UAE is 3–5 days from shipment, but this is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the Device.

We accept returns of opened packages, provided that all items in the box are returned and items show no signs of damage or misuse.

The Halo Lytt Device is covered by a limited hardware warranty of 1 year from the date of order, covering manufacturing defects and battery issues under normal use.

You agree to use our Website and the Halo Connect app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Parent Account login details.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Device, and the Halo Connect app are owned by or licensed to Halo Technologies FZC LLC.

The Halo Lytt Device and Halo Connect app are designed for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only. They are not medical devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halo Technologies FZC LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
