What is Halo Lytt's return policy?

14 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Delivery across the UAE is free with no minimum order, so trying it costs you the price of the band and nothing else.

Why two weeks is the right window

It takes roughly that long to learn the only two things that decide whether any kids wearable survives: whether your child will actually keep it on, and whether the charging routine fits your household. Neither is knowable on day one, and neither is knowable from a spec sheet.

Comfort is the first. A band that irritates a wrist comes off within a week and never goes back on, and no amount of sensor quality compensates. At 22 grams with no screen, Halo Lytt is at the light end of the category, but children differ and the only real test is your child.

The charging routine is the second, and it is where most kids wearables quietly fail. A device needing a nightly charge competes with bedtime every single evening. At 30 or more days per charge this is close to a non-issue, but two weeks is long enough to see how it lands in your week.

What returns do not cover

Returns are separate from warranty. A fault appearing later is a warranty matter rather than a return, and the terms for that are on our warranty policy page. The band is CE, FCC and RoHS certified and waterproof to 50 metres, so ordinary swimming and showering are not misuse.

Full terms

The complete conditions are on our returns and refunds page, and shipping timelines on the shipping and delivery page. If something is unclear before you order, Halo Support will answer directly.

One thing worth checking before buying rather than after: Halo Lytt has no GPS, no SIM and no calling. If location or contact is what you need, it is not the right device, and knowing that now saves you the return.
